problems with Google account in S8

I keep getting a "login failed" message for my Gmail account and I have to keep signing back in, then I get kicked out again. Anyone else had this? Is it a Google issue or the phone? Any help would be appreciated.

No issues here. Did you try removing the account altogether and starting over?

I'm sure you just used some kind of restore process from Google or even Samsung to pass over that account, am I right? Just remove it from Settings-Clouds and Accounts-Accounts and re-enter it manually, it won't give you any more problems after that.
