4g has been working fine for me, Google sites had an issue, but changing the DNS fixed that problem. the dns problem is gone now, i reverted to the stock dns and it works fine now.

I was in Charlotte NC. all weekend and this was my first time with 4g. Very impressive speed when the phone was not locking up. I could switch to 3g and problems seemed to go away. I was using Google maps with navigation and at times it would just freeze the phone completely up. Very frustrating. Drove back to Knoxville (home) and all seems ok now. I hope when Knoxville gets 4g its not like what I experienced in Charlotte.

I also noticed my battery life is back to normal - it had been sucky the past few weeks. back to 10+ hours with normal use.

It is amazing and SAD that it took Verizon that long to recognize and resolve the issue. Scary.

My 4g has been 90% consistent over the weekend and all the apps that uses Google account have been working - pleased but still wanting the mr2 update for improvement on mobile hot spot. I can patiently wait for the gingerbread.
