Problems with Icons on AT&T Galaxy S3

I just downloaded the sphere icon pack. Some of my apps in my app drawer have icons that were downloaded from an icon finder app that won't convert to the sphere icons. How do I get the icons in my app drawer to convert to the sphere icon pack? Also, I am using Nova Launcher (not prime) and I have dug in the settings and I can't find anything.
