Anyone tried connecting their Nexus 7 to a WPA Enterprise Wireless network using TLS. So far no joy with mine. I have an ICS phone that has no problem connecting so this is a bit disappointing.

Having this same issue. Oddly, my Galaxy Nexus is able to connect to the same access point just fine. My phone is running Bugless Beast... he may have incorporated some sort of wifi fix I'm unaware of?

I'm having an issue with my Nexus 7 and TLS. Pretty much sucks, and embarrassing since I tried to use it at work for evernote.

If you're rooted, you can use root explorer to overwrite system/bin/wpa_supplicant with the one in the link you've provided. This will give you TLS..

However, since I'm using this as a test case for a corporate environment, I still need it working in a non-rooted fashion.

so, how long does it usually take for something like this to be fixed?

you would think something like this would be fixed quickly.

has anyone tried contacting google at their support number?

An issue has been raised in Google code for android,. It was opened on July 4th, it hasn't even been assigned to a developer. I'm not sure ow long stuff like this should take, but they've killed early corporate adapters with this bug.

Sent from my Nexus 7

It is not just corp users; many colleges use 802.1x wifi. It is frustrating that this is still not fixed.

Believe me I know. My workplace is a University. Hope this gets a high priority from Google. Certainly seems like it is something that should.
