Motorola has the option if it is lost or stolen, you can locate, lock, wipe, and all. Has anyone tired to use this service. I have attempted to set it up but some reason it fails to sign in and I can't track the phone. I was on with mototola support and they didn't seem to help me much either.
Any idea's

Did you go to the Motorola web site and log-in and register your phone online? It worked fine for me.

yea, it has my sign in stuff at the top but when I go to the map for locate it says to sign in to Google. I have added the phone and my google stuff

It shows all my devices the Maxx RazrM Xoom bionic and acer 100. It locates all of them and rings the phone as far as wiping well I am not going to try that but it shows it is available.

I have the same problem as Gordie580. I am on the page to locate my phone but it asks for a google sign in and at the top of the SAME PAGE it says that I am logged in. What gives?

Right, I noticed that, too, so I no longer sign in for the top option.

I also noticed that the Moto location service doesn't work for me on chrome on the desktop with Adblock plus turned on. I turned abp off for the site and now it works fine.

I got mine to work after about 4 hours last night. I downloaded google chrome, and it works just fine. I still can't get mine to work on internet explorer. I added 3 other MAXX's to my page and selected the right one as default. It seemed to work find with me now.
So far it is the best at locating my phone V. Verizon wireless, my mobile recover, and Motorola.
