Process System Not Responding

[VAVA Mk2]

I recently did a clean flash of AOKP B 38 as well as using Franco.Kernel nightly build r190 and have noticed recently that I have been randomly getting this error message (title of thread) with the option to Wait, Report, or OK (close). Selecting OK does not seem to do any harm. I have already tried wiping the davlik cache as well as fixing permissions, but that does not stop this. Any suggestions to why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Did you restore any system data or google app data? Assuming you did a full wipe..
