I have switched to the Productivity Lock Screen, but nothing is showing on my lock screen. Do I need to set some other setting? Anybody else having problems with this?

EDIT: I have tried rebooting FWIW.

I'm having the same issue..I occasionally get an email our two that pops up, but no missed calls or text.

Working fine here without using additional settings.

Yup not working for me either - email, messages, etc don't show up. Sprint HTC One completely stock with latest update.

Update - nvm messages are appearing but no email.

I'm also not certain it's working. I seem to only get calendar info and nothing else.

Yeah mine worked intermittently as well. A reboot would bring it back, but it's not exactly what I would call a "productivity" screen anyway as the number of items that can be displayed is far too limited. I'll wait for an OS update that brings more customization to the lockscreen.

Open messenger, at the top, click the dots and enter settings, then check notification preview. Should be all set after that.

Gmail doesn't work with it, as a previous poster said. You also have to enable message previews. I'm also not sure if it works if you have security set up.

I had the exact same problem with AT&T and HTC One. I was able to figure it out after some tinkering.
The culprit is the AT&T Messages app that is installed by default, and so far I have been unable to get rid of it.
This app is effectively capturing the notifications and preventing them from being passed to other apps. Go into the settings and click on notifications, turn off the options where this app is capturing the events related to messages and missed calls. This will allow messages and missed calls to be sent forward.

Now the lock screen shows a panel to display the missed calls. For messages, you now see a number against the standard message icon at the bottom of the screen. Swiping down the notification center in the locked mode will show you the text of the messages sent.

Not sure if this is the real intended view that other non AT&T users can see using their un-blemished HTC Ones. Would love to hear if it is.

the fixes do not exist, and HTC don't even know about the problem, let alone bother to fix it...PRODUCTIVITY setting is pretty important, and standard on other phones...and the camera?? HTC replaced my phone thinking that the lockscreen problem was a defect of my unit...um, hello!!! It's every single phone! And they're a tech company?

Oh, well that changes nothing. The rude and unnecessary post was made today.
I agree. It was a really assy way to respond. I'm just pointing out that basic forum etiquette would like frown on responding to such an old post. Especially when your post adds little value.
