My One M8 has long experienced an issue with the proximity sensor during a call. The screen is not staying off for the entirety of calls, and I can see it turning on and off. The end result of this is my face hits the Settings menu, and some combination of the following happens: mobile data turned off, brightness level setting changes, auto-rotate turned off, etc. So essentially after every phone call I have to redo all of my Quick Settings. I shouldn't have to hold the phone perfectly motionless for the screen to stay off. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so how were you able to fix it (if you did)? Thank you!
