Proximity sensor not working after update

After the OTA update my proximity sensor is not working. When in hold the phone to my ear the screen stays on. Also when on a call if I put the screen down to activate the speaker phone(flip for speaker) it does not work.
My Tbolt is stock. Anyone else having this problem?

I fixed it.

It had nothing to do with the update. My proximity sensor was dirty.
The proximity sensor is at the top of the screen under the glass just above the Verizon logo. I was able to spread the seam open just a bit and blow compressed air in the seam and clean the sensor off. Can air will also work you don't need much air pressure.

My proximity sensor stopped working after the update as well. It does not appear to be dirty at all.

I have been noticing my screen stays on as well. Was never like that before.

When I go to end a call its black takes a few moments for it to allow me to see to end call. Stock and after update.

I also have this problem, which is the worst part. My screen is constantly turning off and on while on a call and then it stays off when I'm done with a call until the other person ends it.
