Why do you have to press the power button to get the screen to turn back on when you have been on a phone call? I thought the whole purpose of a proximity sensor was to deactivate your screen when it was against your ear and to turn the screen back on when it was pulled away. My G3 did this also.

There should be a setting in the phone's Settings allowing you to set it for power button or not. "Not" is the proximity sensor.
