psx4droid on droid x. HELP! Lost

i did a search for any other post with negative results. ok im so lost here i have the app installed made a folder with the bios file great. but when i try to load roms one of two things happens. one nothing at all it kicks me back to the file menu. or it acts like its going to load and kicks me out. theres one tutorial of a guy doing it on a mac which is no help and ive downloaded all 12 roms tried to extract them but it just isnt going my way. im really confused if someone can explain this nice and slow and easy for a slow lad id greatly appreaciate it. so lost.
