Public wifi

Anyone having issues connecting to public wifi saying yes connected and then no internet connectivity?

Check and ensure there isn't a page where you need to accept their terms before getting internet.

usually there is but I can't even get to that page. it says connected I go to load google chrome then it says page not found wont even access the page to accept terms

Only thing I can think of is maybe the terms & agreements page loaded in another window? By that I mean hit the number of windows icon in the top right and see if one of those previews is the terms & agreement. If not, try clearing your browser cache and history... these are the only suggestions I can think of.

Gosh this question appears in many places, but so far I can't find an answer. I have an Android 6 phone that has this problem, but after trying just about everything, it still wil not connect to PUBLIC wifis. But works fine at home.
