Sprint Galaxy S8 Pull down menu keeps snapping shut

I'm having an issue with the pull-down settings menu. When I try to turn the location on and off I pull down the status bar and a scroll right ('push left'). And the menu snaps closed before I can tap any of the icons on the second screen. Thoughts? It's very annoying and can take multiple tries.

Same here, also with Sprint. Just pull down further/harder. I'm sorry it's not the answer you want. Seems the Aug 20-30 upated effed up our phones.

I knew that update had something to do with it. All these apps that keep turning my location on and leaving it on.

Try deleting the Sprint app "Secure Wi-Fi." I saw it on another thread, and it has worked thus far on my phone. Hopefully that helps you!
