Bud I dont believe you can do that without a ROM. Even if you have just a root you cant do it. I would like to customize the pull down so it looks similar to IOS. (Perhaps even a transparent background...hmm)
jKAY Deluxe settings is awesome too, but not yet ready for our Samsung product.
