Pull down screen

The pull-down notifications bar won't stay down and it's stopping me from, deleteing gmail, sending mail ect as when I tough the top Of The screen the menu comes on, I did a factory reset no help.
Putting it away before I loose my temper with it, HTC have been unless for support

I'm not so sure you're using it correctly.... But Im also not sure I'm understanding you totally
