pulled battery out during fixing permissions, now wont boot

hello,

I was trying to update my cyanogen mod on my optimus V when I accidentally hit fix permissions. it looked like it was stuck so I pulled the battery out; now the phone doesnt bott it gets stuck at the animation - green circle around the android logo. is pulling out the battery during a fix permissions operation bad for the phone? and how should I get it to start up again? thank you!

I've pulled it during that cause it was stuck for me too. My phone booted up fine though so I dunno.

Can you boot to recovery?

Yea I did this on accident, didn't have battery cover on and battery popped out. I just booted into recovery and did a restore and all was good
