Purchase can't be located

OK, so I purchased 2 movies to watch on my plane trip. I'm on the plane right now. I logged into the play store, went to movies and there is a red check mark under the 2 movies I purchased. Open the movie link and press ed play. Message say it can't find my purchase. Any ideas why this might be?

Does your plane connection allow video streaming? Usually they block it.

Always download movies you plan to watch on a plane. That crap Internet connection they offer is only good enough for email.
