hi,

purchased the puffin browser couple of hours ago but the app is till no where to be found on my device ''galaxy note 2'' even though it says installed on the google play store.

Can some one help out and tell me what I am doing wron?

Regards,

Maybe it is not called puffin browser on the widget but something else that is being over looked. Also try turning off phone and rebooting.

Did you install the free version first?

"* For all users, we suggest trying the free version before buying the full version. At this moment in time, the only difference is the 2-week trial of Adobe Flash support for the free version."

I have seen a number of apps where the paid version is simply an update to the free version so you need to install it first. I do not know if this is such and app.

I have restarted the device multiple times, didnt solve the problem.

No I haven't installed the free version but I will do that know. I hope it would fix the problem.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.

Is it showing up in your downloaded apps list under settings/apps/downloaded? If so, uninstall and then re download.

I am assuming you mean the application manager Since i don't see ''apps'' in the settings. It is no where on the device, I cant find it at all.

Try to reinstall the app and that can resolve your issue or else just contact app service provider informing your issues.

How is he supposed to do that? It shows as installed in the Play Store so the store will not allow it to be installed again.

ahmad, can you still download and install other apps?

You uninstall it from the Play Store and reinstall it. Also from the Play Store you can select open and it should open the app.

To answer the other question, in your PHONE'S settings, select apps. It will show downloaded apps first. Swipe left to see which are running and swipe again to see all installed. Or maybe it's just in your app drawer, but not on a home screen, which will happen if they are all full (or you have it set up that way)

Sent from my totally awesome Sprint Galaxy Nexus, even if I don't know all its secrets yet.

I can confirm being able to download other apps.

I am using galaxy note 2 and in settings menu there is no apps. However there is a downloaded app button on the home screen but even when I press i can see all the other downloaded apps but puffine browser.
