Purchased N7 today (nov 19) 4.2 preloaded

Local Office Depot just got new stock 2 days ago so picked mine up today. Came with 4.2 so hoping its the complaints on the new JB is fixed. If not, I've got nothing to compare to 4.1.2 any ways so "ignorance is bliss"

you should be sorta mostly OK

N7 noobs like me mostly had to unlearn a few things about what we thought we had figured out, lol

most of the broken downloaded apps had to be fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling with the new version changed for 4.2 but apparently some have not made all required fixes yet.
