Dear Android Central Community,
This is my first post, so just wanted to quickly say hi and thank you in advance for your help. i have been using Android on my HTC Legend in 2010 and 2011, but switched to Blackberry 9900 last October as the HTC stopped working and I got the BB for free from my company. However, I am extremely fed up with the BB and want to go back to Android. I thought that the best way to do this would be with the Galaxy Note 2. Hence, my question about the timing of this model's release:
I am currently in mainland China until the first week of September. Then I travel to Hong Kong where I stay until September 30th. After that I go to Europe and go back to the U.S. around November.
Here is the question: If the note is released on the 29th of this month, will I have a chance to buy one in Hong Kong in September? I also have a friend who flies to Hong Kong from the U.S. on September 11th. Would she be able to get me one? It would be really helpeful in planning if you could shed some light on the usual patterns of release -> availability world wide. Thanks!
