push wake button 25 times for screen to come on

[AC Question]

title says all i have done factory resets downgraded OS's i have tried it all and i need help. i have to push the power button anywhere from 5 times all the way up to 15 and 25 times for the screen to turn on and display.. when it is on, it works flawless unless i set the screen to dim low then it flickers really bad.. obviously this is hardware related so what would i need to fix or maybe is this software issues still?? ever since I flashed the OA1 Boot loader its been buggy ever since. PLS help thank you..!!!

Specs:

Galaxy S5 G900A
KitKat 4.4.2 root
OA1 BL

I've already done that. once i upgrade the boot loader, can i flash and downgrade it? i cannot find any older boot loader files for the g900a.
