Putting CM7

Hi i just got my nook color, and it has version 1.4 on it, can someone provide me with step by step process on getting CM7, on my nook via the SD card? Someone posted instructions on how to do it already but i dont know if it will work for 1.4 since the post was made in May...

Just an FYI SD card install works on all firmware versions.
And make sure to use a Sandisk!
