Yeah I don't get it. It makes no sense to me at all.Yeah, the dark mode is beautiful and a feast for the eyes, so why do almost everything else but leave out one of the the most used apps of all?
Yeah, no I saw that, but when?https://www-techradar-com.cdn.amppr...l-is-coming-and-you-can-get-an-early-peek-now
Gmail dark mode on the way!! Yay!!
Oh crap didn't realize that, I will hahaWho knows, on the way is a pretty wide open speculative statement for sure. But at least they’re acknowledging it.
The apk is there via a link, maybe someone will jump on that and see how it goes.
I downloaded the apk and installed, but there is no option for night mode in Gmail unless I missed something.https://www-techradar-com.cdn.amppr...l-is-coming-and-you-can-get-an-early-peek-now

I don’t think it would be a separate option in the gmail app. I would think it would be just another app utilizing dark mode when the main switch in settings is turned on to dark mode. Calendar and the rest of the dark mode apps don’t have a separate setting. So it’s not working then? Hmmm, wonder what happened?I downloaded the apk and installed, but there is no option for night mode in Gmail unless I missed something.
