Qlink stopped working on my unlocked Verizon phone

[Android Central Question]

I have a Motorola One 5G UW. I switched from Verizon to Qlink. It was working fine for over a month. Then out the blue, one day I have no data and I can't call or text. I can't use Wifi calling either. I can still get Wifi, but I can't call or text. IMS registration state is "not registered" and the network state is disconnected. I talked to Qlink customer service and they couldn't help me.

Try resetting the APN under setting>connection
