No it is fraud, if you read the TOS and the the rules and restrictions of what is and isnt covered you would see anything YOU do to the phone and then try to claim is/was not YOUR fault is fraud and technically illegal.

I do agree with you on credit reporting agencies because they arent regulated. And not hiring somebody because of bad credit is ******ed. From a employers standpoint tho somebody with bad credit is prolly gonna get phone calls and or have general problems coming to work.

guess I should've dug deeper into the TOS before shooting off my mouth. thought that section applied to optional insurance instead of warranty.
