Help. My smartwatch keeps disconnecting from my smartphone. I'm not using tile application. I have the BT notification installed on. I'm trying to use it as a watch for my runs, how can I stop this problem please?

When it's connected, does it communicate successfully? What's a "tile application"? Do you have any other Bluetooth device that might be competing for a connection (like Bluetooth headphones)?
