whats everyone's quadrant scores with the DX? i just ran mine and got 1300.

I wonder that myself. I don't know how any of the profiles work, especially in conjunction with setCPU. You'd think setting both to Performance so it doesn't do any network enabling/disabling and setting the CPU to permanently be at 1Ghz would increase performance, but sometimes I see better performance with Smart mode + ondemand processing power!

Also my average score is between 1250-1300. 1300 off a fresh boot and quick ATK kill and 1250 after having phone on for a couple days without doing any task killing.

Mine is way lower. I wonder what is effecting it. I got 836. Originally I was getting in the 1200's.


Edit: Closed a bunch of apps and reran to get a 1137. Better but still low.

Few things. First if you're running the Blur home it will take a toll on your performance. Second if you have all 5 (or 7) homescreens loaded up with widgets and if you have multiple accounts active chewing up memory and processing cycles that too will affect your performance.

People who get 1300+ right now with stock everything are miracle workers

My first go around was 979. I just killed about 6 apps using ATK, and now it's giving me a 1241.

Using LauncherPro with 4 home screens, static background, and minimal background updating.

1256 running 7 screens, loaded with widgets including 2 instances of beautiful home, weather channel, gtasks, news feed, jorte, etc. on stock launcher. Much higher than I expected. Bring on Froyo!

i'v scored in the low 1300's after a battery pull. but after a day of use with around 50 megs of memory i tend to fall around 1100 - 1200.

Look for Quadrant in the market. Download it and run a full benchmark. When its done click Yes so it shows your score.

The higher the number the faster your device.

Downloaded a task killer and ran it and got mid12s kinda proves a task killer doesn't give that much performance gain

Edit: was just in quadrant and looked at system info.it said cpu was set at 600mhz and max was 1000. Is the x under clocked that low.i do have it set to battery saver mode
