Question about going back to stock (T-Mobile)

I'm wanting to take my HTC One M7 back to stock and am a bit confusticated.

I've read this thread, and found a stock ROM here, but am wondering since when I check the TWRP screen it says the following:

***Tampered***
***Unlocked***
M7UL PVT SHIP S-ON RH

is it as simple as following the directions on the page with the ROM where you just go ahead with updating with that RUU, or do I still need to run that "rumrunner" app (in the first link) to get S-OFF first and then follow the HTC directions?

I would go ahead and RUU. You will need to relock the bootloader before the RUU will work. Here is a link to the RUU it is a .exe and needs to run with the phone in fastboot usb mode in the bootloader.
