Question about going back to stock

So I've decided to migrate away from root/rom for now. It's mostly just for something else to do, but also I feel like I check XDA every single day for updates, and the only way to ween myself was to take away my reason for being there. Not a permanent move, I'm sure I'll be back.

ANYWAYS, I'm a little bummed that I can't restore my apps with Titanium. The app asks for root permissions first thing, so you can't get any of the apps restored. My question is about getting this restored through any other methods. I know that I could probably go to the titanium folder on my phone and just install the APKs stored there, but what about app data? Is there a way to get this back?

why stock. .. why not root stock.

I didn't really do it so much for the stock UI, more to experience life as a stock user for a while. See how my battery does with all of the bloat and none of the enhancements. I want to have some real world experience with it stripped down so that when people complain about their phone and people reply with "just root it" I can interrupt and tell them that life is just fine and they need to shut it. So basically I'm doing it to be sarcastic later on.

However, if I can't find a way to get app+data back I'll probably just ditch this little experiment. I was like 10 levels away from being 100% on Cut the Rope!

Ok, so that didn't last long. I miss my CM7 too much! At least now I know how easy it is to unroot this thing if I ever need to.
