Question about Google Maps Navigation settings

Does anyone know how to enable/disable screen dimming between turns to conserve battery power. I can't seem to find it anywhere in the Navigation settings.

I don't think there is any. Just plug the phone into a charger while you're driving.

You have to start the navigation process, and there will be a dialog box that has that option in it.

I don't know. Waze GPS is the best navigation app tho. You should check it out.

Does waze allow you to search for things along a route? You know, like gas stations or restaurants without aborting your original route. That's one thing I miss a lot from my Nuvi days.
