I just published my apps (Reminders ++ and Reminders ++ Free) on Google Play last night and so far, I haven't been able to find it on Google Play's store via its search function. I can access it just fine by throwing in the url explicitly, but it doesn't show up in the Google Play's search. I'm typing in "Reminders" as the search term, and I used the keyword "reminders" in my app title and the first 180 characters/words of my app description.
Does it take a certain amount of time for Google Play's search engine to pick up new apps based on their keywords? I'm just worried that I haven't optimized my keywords enough to make my app visible on the Play store. Thanks!
