Is it possible to move pics into different folders or create new picture folders to better organize them?? Not rooted.

Connect your phone to your computer with the usb cord furnished with the phone. Open my computer and your phone should be listed. You should be able to access the files and folders just like you normally would.

If the files are on sd card you can also do this from a card reader.

Just use astro make new folder rename it add pictures in there
