question about Samsung app for split screen

Try to explain this best I can. I had a app from Samsung that gave me a more enhanced way of doing split screen and even edge lighting. But now that I done the new Android 10 update, I don't see that app any more. Can anyone help please. I have a note 9 AT&T now on Android 10
