Question about screen

So when i was installing my screen protector on my note 4 i had a lamp light over the phone so i can make sure its clean and put it on correctly do you think the heat from the light can effect the screen in any way?

No. The device is used to warming up to a higher temperature anyway, if the device is doing something very processor intensive.
