Question about SD Data.

I downloaded a game with SD Data and when i placed it in the correct folder Android/data/ and launched the game it still tried to download the data. I would be fine with this on my WiFi but it ate up a lot of my data even though the downloaded files were the in the same place as the data I downloaded and just replaced that data. Game (Raymun Jungle Run), is this a problem on my side, or not.

My experience is that the game will put the data in the place that it needs it to be to function properly. I've never had to move additional data myself for it to work.

What kind of device is this on?

Galaxy S3 I downloaded a different version and it came with a OBB file put that in OBB folder and now it is working.

Use the Play store instead that website you're using.
