When the 360 is connected through Bluetooth on my Note 4, does it interfere with my Bluetooth headset?

Nope, they can co-exist. I use mine all the time (Note 4, Note 5, S7E, and soon Note 7) and I use headphones or car system or home audio all the time. No issues. :)

BT allows, as a protocol, multiple devices connected at once. What it doesn't allow, however, is having two of the same profile active at the same time (though they CAN be connected, just not active). Since the watch isn't set to AUDIO profile, but your Headphones are, they can be actively transmitting data at the same time. But you can't have two headphones, for instance, playing music at the same time (although both can be connected, you'd have to pick which one would be playing audio and which one would be just standing by).

Thank you.
