Question about trading

I was wondering I am going to meet a guy a verizon to trade phones. Has anyone done this before and if so Does verizon think this is weird or are they usually cool with it. Do we just tell them what we are doing?

It doesn't matter. But be aware that by doing so you and him are no longer covered by the factory warranty.

I've read threads of plenty of people who have done it just fine. Just make sure verizon checks to make sure the esn is clean. If not then you are stuck with a phone you can't activate.
