Question about 'weirdness' related to Google Talkback

I am not visually impaired and have no need for Google Fallback...

I noticed that in my All Apps list that it said that it was installed...

But it isn't showing in my Installed Apps list and when I search for it in Play Store it says that it is incompatible with my device (N7).

Why does one part of the Play Store say that it is installed and another part of the Play Store say that it isn't?

since u are on jelly bean you have the latest talk back and thats why it is incompatible.
I think google is trying to get rid of the application going forward.
It will be the same for all JB device. Its the same for me. talkback update is for 2.3-4.03 devices anything above is incompatible.
