Question from Newbie to S4

I am new to the S4 and have been doing a lot of research and know that I have read before that there are apps that came on the phone that can be disabled..........I was wondering if someone could give me a list or direct me to a post that already has them? Not sure if this will help but I am on ATT. Thanks
