Question regarding lockscreen behavior.

Okay so I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 running Android version 4.2.2.

Basically I want it so when I push the power button on the side of the phone for it to wake and look like this instead of bringing up the the passcode or password screen immediately. The only way I can see it the way I want is if click the power button to wake the phone and then swipe down to minimize the passcode/password screen.

Is what i want possible to do within the phones settings? If not could somebody please recommend an app to use.

Can you go to Settings/Security/Screen lock, and change it to "Slide"? The only problem is that it eliminates your security lock.

I don't think its possible on the s4 which is frustrating because it was possible on the s3
