Question to Edge Plus users - How does it feel in the hand?

I have a question for people who have already bought the phone. I am thinking of returning my note 5 and getting this, seeing that I don't ever use the pen.
I read a lot of reviews stating that it is uncomfortable to hold due to the edges. I also read that the battery is better.
1) Does it feel uncomfortable to hold?
2) If it does feel uncomfortable, does putting on a case help?
3) How is your battery life?

I'm not sure that uncomfortable is the word. For me at least it does feel different and it feels a little slick. But I bought one of those slim Incipio cases they have in store and that does make it feel a little better to hold. As far as battery life, I've had for about a week now. One full charge gets me to about 11 at night with still a little juice left to play with. You can some of the other threads for some more in depth battery stats. I've been pretty pleased with my Edge+ so far!

In the store, note 5 felt comfortable to me and that's why I picked it up. Love the phone but I would rather have the edge plus because of the uniqueness of the phone and I am never going to use the pen.
If I could get used to how it feels in the hand, I would definitely get the edge plus.

Love the way it feels!!! You will love it.

Personally I have big hands so the phone felt too thin at first. But once I put it in a slim case it felt amazing to hold and use.

Feels fine in the hand but I'm used to a thin phone after using a Note4 with out a case since its release. I do have a Ringke FUSION [Crystal View] car for the 6e+ and that feels great and is protective without bulk. It puts the Edge at the same width as my Note 4 is with no case. Battery is great

It feels alright in the hand. The Note 5 feels a lot better though due to its curved back.

I've put a standard see-through silicone case on it and it feels absolutely perfect. Much better than my former iPhone 6 Plus

Not the most comfortable phone I've ever held (without a case). But since I always use a case it's a non issue.
Not sure why you wouldn't just go to a store and give it a try. I would never buy a phone without seeing, test driving, etc.

I go the phone! It is amazing! I got the case mate Naked tough case from AT&T which is nice but what I really want is the tech 21 evo frame case from Verizon. I had a tech 21 case when I had my iphone and I loved it.
Still not decided on screen protector.

I can't provide solid battery use yet but I think it feels great. I came from an iPhone 6 plus and it is a major improvement in how it feels and the screen is just amazing!

Naked Edge+ here. Feels great to me (I have fairly big hands). Doesn't feel like I'll drop it at all. Though I don't drop my phones (only once in the last 5-6 years)

I have the Sammy slim case on it. I don't know if it helps, but it protects the corners and you have no idea that there's a case on it. Yes, it's kind of slick, but so far no drops for me. Battery life is on par with other Android phones that have a 3000 mAh battery. I like the feel of it, but still think I might get a little more of a case to help hold/protect it. So far I'm just really careful, but I have accidently touched the edge glass and messed up a game or two. I have big fat hands, so getting to the top of the screen's a challenge. I really hope they steal the double tap down from Apple as I used that feature all the time on my iPhone 6+

Hi everyone

I'm an office worker so have soft hands and after using it for the first time for a few hours my hand did hurt after holding it for so long. Not nice in the hand in my opinion due to the sharp back corner and also where the 'edge' finishes. I have ordered the Samsung cover which might help however.
