If it's a Sense bug then I would imagine that the ASOP's would not have it.
Sorry man - maybe someone running one of the Sense based Rom's can chime in.
I know Virtuous is the Stock ROM sans bloatware. I never had a problem when I was running it, and I ran it for a few months. But if it's a Sense bug then it is probably still there.
Again CM7 I hear of an occasional market install/download error Not Enough Space, but like I said a reboot will fix it.
