So my wife and I just took advantage of the BOGO on the D3's at VZW. We both were thinking of switching to the iPhone, but I was coming from a DX and I knew I liked Android and figured the switch would be pretty easy. Plus getting two really solid phones for under $200 when we would pay double to triple that for two new iPhones was too good to pass up. Anyway, I have a few questions about the switch.
1. Since it doesn't come with an SD card, I swapped my 16 gb one from my DX into the D3. A few things aren't showing up. I moved a few apps that you apparently can't buy anymore onto the SD card before loading it into my D3 and I can't find them. Also, when I search in Astro, I can find my Chomp settings under "sd-ext", not "sd", so I can't load up my previous Chomp settings. Does anyone know how to fix this? It's like the phone is reading my SD card as something external and not fully on the phone.
2. I can't seem to get my VM password to stay so that when I press "1" to call my VM I don't have to put in the password. Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried deleting Voicemail from my contacts and it still doesn't work.
3. Are there any other things that I really need to know about switching phones that I need to make sure I've done?
Thanks to anyone!
