Hi!
I have 2 questions:
1. Lately, the KnockOn (double tap to wake) function isn't working from the first try, sometimes it won't even work so I have to unlock it from the power/unlock button. Ever had that problem, know what causes it and how can It be fixed?
2. I kept mine on android 5.1 since many we're complaining about the battery life on Android 6.0 but now, I read on another forum that they can't update their phones to 6.0 . (It keeps telling that they have the latest version of android. Any idea why?)

Hi there!
As far as KnockOn, I've heard a lot of folks say it doesn't work, but haven't heard of a fix. Mostly I think it's a glitch in the operating system (someone please correct me if I am wrong.)
Second of all, some phone models haven't been able to update because either the update isn't slated for their models yet, they could be rooted, or something unique to their phone like cache or setup could be preventing it. Its a case by case basis.
