Quick charge 2.0?

Just bought a Moto E 2015 for a backup and was wondering if quick charge 2.0 is supported. I know the snapdragon 410 inside it supports it - just wondering what would happen if purchasing a turbo charger is worth it. Thanks!

I couldn't find anything stating that the Moto E supports it. I would buy a turbo charger anyways if it is the same price as a regular one and give it a try.

Can someone try using another charger? And please state the charging current.
The bundled charger is only 550mA, which is very low. The phone can probably accept more than 1A.

Using a 1A Sony charger is enough, fully charged in about 2 hours
