Quick Charge 3.0?

Someone have time of full charging for stock charger and for some 3.0 charger? Does 3.0 charger, quickly charge battery?

I just don't know why my quick charge 3.0 power bank can't charge up my quick charge 2.0 phone faster.

I see that is cheaper than the Aukey but the Aukey comes with a cable

I went with the Tronsmart because it has Quick Charge 3.0 coming from the USB-C port.
The Aukey has QC 3.0, but from the USB-A port. I have been mostly going with USB-C to USB-C cables.
I have just gone all-in on USB-C, plus some USB-A to USB-C cables are manufactured incorrectly, so I have steered clear.

I ended up buying this Tronsmart Dual Port Car Charger because it has a USB-C port
with Quick Charge 3.0. I haven't had the opportunity to test it out yet.

This charger, with this Aukey cable results in regular "Charging" and Ampere app shows roughly 970 mA.

Stock charger. 48 percent battery took 55 minutes to fully charge.

Anker 3.0. 38 percent battery took 50 minutes to full charge.

I have a Verizon LG G5 (purchased on pre-order back in March)

I am using this charger: Anker Quick Charge 3.0, USB Type-C & PowerIQ, Anker 24W USB Wall Charger PowerPort+ 1 USB-C with Quick Charge 3.0

It says "Fast Charging" the entire time it is plugged in. (When I swipe down the notification, and on the lock screen)

Is this helpful? It does charge pretty fast. It went from 43% to 78% in 23 minutes, for example.
Right now, it is at 75% and it tells me it will take 21 minutes to be at full.

Does your charger still work?
Mine stopped.... Possibly since the last Verizon update. If yours still works than I guess I have defective one.

It works. It doesn't appear to say the words "Fast Charging" though. I just put it on the charger at 62%. In 15 minutes it went to 84%. That seems pretty good, I guess.

Yeah I think mine was fast charging but it didn't say so. Its the cable not the charger.....might have happened after last Verizon update.

Just so everyone knows, the G5 only pulls ~8 watts from a charger when the screen is on. Something to keep in mind. Unrelated to Verizon issue.

I think its only 2.0

The one I got with mine does not have the QC 3.0 logo, so I assume it isn't 3.0. Not even sure it's 2.0.

Mine says Fast Charge on the end of the charger and this info on the back:

dont know what kind of fast charger this is though.
