Quick panel?

When I unlocked my phone with fps it brought up a quick panel menu where certain items were checked off to auto pair with Bluetooth or something? It listed my galaxy buds + and galaxy watch. How do I get back to that menu? I can't find it.

It's not user-accessible. Only pops up when Galaxy devices are nearby and not yet connected (kinda like Auto Discover). You can try turning BT off and then back on and that might re-prompt the slide-out.

Bluetooth was off when it happened?

Not necessarily, but devices might have been disconnected and nearby when you unlocked the phone

If you have the option enabled, Galaxy devices can detect when they're nearby even if you have BT off. (That's actually the panel you're seeing, by the way).

It's in your Settings/Connections/More connection settings/Nearby device scanning.

How do I show what's nearby? So when I follow those setting it just shows it's enabled. When I unlocked my phone earlier and the menu popped up, it listed my buds and watch.

That's all you can do (enable/disable). The 'proximity' or list is triggered by other nearby devices trying to connect or ready to do so and within range. A similar list will appear if you turn BT off then on again and there are paired devices or in pairing mode nearby (which you can also see manually if you long-press on the BT icon in your quick toggle list)
