Quick Question about AirDrop

Hey guys/gals... Does the AirDrop have an "Automatic Sync" feature, where my pics from my Note 2 will sync auto to my Macbook or even to my iPhoto?
Also with all these apps for music, movies and pic transfer, is there one App that does all and have Auto Sync?
