Quick Question

I own a Optimus V 2.2.2.

Is it possible to root it to any updated OS like Icecream sandwhich ? I don't even think it could hold the Jelly Bean update, but I just want to ask!

Of course you can! Theres all kinds of custom roms that you can find right here on this site. I'd recommend reading this thread http://forums.androidcentral.com/op...-how-simplified-root-recovery-custom-rom.html, and then looking in the Optimus V Rooting, ROMs, and Hacks sub forum to find a rom you like. If you really want an Icecream sandwhich rom give this one a try http://forums.androidcentral.com/optimus-v-rooting-roms-hacks/186113-rom-beta-quattrimus-ics.html, it's the rom I've been using for a while now. Really make sure you give first thread a good read though to make sure you're confident in the whole process.
