Quick responses ? how to ?

I see where i can change them to be more personal but ill be damned if i can find out how to do it when on a call ? im sure its right in front of my dumb face but i cant find it LOL

finally figured it out. i knew it was operator error. swipe up when the new call comes in. still need to figure out how to when im on a call and wanna cancel the call with a text message sent to them with the quick response
